SAP Implementation Update

We are pleased to announce that we have returned to our normal order cut off times across Australia. Thank you for your support during the SAP transition.

Additionally, in response to your feedback, we have developed new delivery documentation which will provide detailed information regarding back orders and deliveries which originate from multiple warehouses. This will be available at the end of this month.

Some delays still exist for ITS, Furniture and Print and Promotional products. We will continue to give this the highest priority to clear outstanding orders and remaining transitional issues.
