Stand out with professional-quality DIY business cards
Avery Quick & Clean Business Cards snap apart, leaving perfectly crisp and clean cards – a truly professional result. Combined with free templates and clip art in Avery Design & Print Online, you can create professional business cards from your computer, when and where you need them.
Follow these simple step-by-step instructions.
Step 1: Start your card
Go to Avery Design & Print Online. Click on New Project to get started. Select the Business Cards category, then select the software code on your business card pack. Once you've selected your product, click Next.
Step 2: Choose a template
You'll find a variety of options to choose from. You can customise these as much or as little as you like. Try:
Blank templates – when you want to start your design from scratch
Positional templates – where we’ve suggested positioning for logos and contact details
Pre-designed templates – where we’ve inserted an image, colours and fonts
Click on the template you want to use, then click Next.
Step 3: Customise your card
Click on the Zoom button for an enlarged view of the template. To replace the text with your own information, click the text boxes inside the template. Most business cards include information such as name, job title, address, city, state, postcode, phone, fax and email address. Use the Format Text area to change the colours, size or styles of fonts. Use the Add Text and Add Image buttons to insert text or images. You can take any of our templates as a base and add or replace as you wish!
Step 4: Customise the back
If you’ve bought one of our double-sided business cards, click on the Back of Sheet button to customise the back of the card. When you're done with the front and back, click Next.
Step 5: View Instructions and print
You’re now ready to print your business cards. Before you do so, we recommend that you click View Instructions. When you've reviewed the instructions, click Print Your Project.
A PDF file will open, ready for you to print. Use only Avery brand products for guaranteed results.
Step 6: Save
You can save the PDF file and use it for future printing. If you’d like to be able to edit the file, make sure you save the Avery Design & Print Online file: return to Design & Print Online, click Next and then click the Save Your Project button. Your project will be saved in the Avery Design & Print Online format. This allows you to open and edit the project in the future using Avery Design & Print Online.
You’re done! It really is that easy!
