Culture and engagement

In our endeavour to remain a progressive employer and an employer of choice, we continually work at improving our organisational culture and the overall engagement of our staff.  We measure and respond to our dominant culture by using the respected Human Synergistics Organisational Cultural Inventory (OCI) tool.  Our staff engagement is measured annually using by the Hewitt Engagement survey.
