Our office products and consumables range provides everything you need including office paper, pens, stationery, business machines, mail room supplies, briefcases and luggage, toner cartridges, CD-Rs, DVDs, computer peripheral and more.

Simple ordering solutions

Our online purchasing platform NetXpress is used by 70 per cent of customers. It ensures you can order any of our business essentials 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most importantly, it allows you to compare and manage your monthly spend and activity, from viewing stock on hand to cost centre and category spend analysis.

Using NetXpress also helps to eliminate errors, manage back orders and reduce the time it takes to place orders, saving you both time and money. It removes the hassle of repetitive processes by allowing you to set up frequent order templates to use again and again. We can even set up approval hierarchies and provide authorisation processes to stop ‘maverick’ ordering and limit expenditure on products which are not part of your preferred list.

We developed the Exclusive Brands product range to help you cut costs without compromising quality. Every product in our Exclusive Brands range is manufactured to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, but without the costs associated with equivalent ‘brand name’ products.

EarthSaver range

Corporate Express demonstrates its commitment to the environment with a range of ‘EarthSaver’ branded products.

In order for products to be categorised under the EarthSaver classification, suppliers need to have signed our Ethical Sourcing Policy and meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Products that contain at least 20 per cent of recycled materials in the original manufacture
• Products that are manufactured to IS014001 or equivalent environmental management systems
• Products that do not harm or degenerate the environment while in use (e.g. bio-degradable)
• Products that have at least 70 per cent recyclable or bio-degradable content when they reach their end of life
• Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance

These products have been selected because they help minimise negative impacts on the environment.

The Earthsaver brand includes a wide range of Corporate Express products including toner cartridges, folders, archive boxes, notepads, mailing bags, pens and more in the office products and consumables area.
