Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.  Licence No: LIQP770010022 (NSW). 

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Victoria) it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty $500).  It is also an offence for a licensee to supply liquor or permit liquor to be supplied to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty $6000).  Licence No: 36067246 (VIC).

Under the Liquor Act 2010 (ACT) it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years.  Penalties apply.  Licence No: 14005518 (ACT).

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 (TAS) it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years or to a person who is intoxicated (penalty $6000).   It is also an offence for a person under 18 years to purchase liquor (penalty $1200).  Licence No: 74819457
